Returns

• Food and nutritional products are generally non-returnable due to hygiene and food-safety reasons.
• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Refunds

• Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or through another available method.
• Customized diet plans are generally non-refundable once preparation has started.
